Hello everyone, ( Yes i know it has been a while) That is because i had alot of homework.. And i got pretty distracted by the blonde salad... Her blog is the first website I open, when i go online.. Chiara is the queen of blogspot, and following her makes you feel ( a newbie) like a nobody. But then again, i like blogging, and I mainly do this to keep up some sort of fashion journal, for my friends and family to read.. So hell yea im back!

Acne cypress boots

I was looking for some new beige suede boots via the website 'shopstyle'when i discovered these acne cypress boots. the boots i have been wearring for the last 8 months are totally worn out, ( bad quality i guess..) these acne booties look quite firm and easy to keep clean ( with the leather front ) . And i think these heeled boots are perfect for girls that dont want to have sore feet from walking in high heels. I just ordered the light beige ones this morning : ) !

the New age of feminine drawing

 This is one of my favourite art books. The new age of feminine drawing shows art that is inspired on women and made by women ( and 1 guy haha ), girly like things, and everything that is fresh and feminine. Think : models,  pastel colours an A LOT! of fashion illustration. This book pulls back the curtain to refocus the spotlight on the artists and their artwork. I always find myself peeking into the book if I am bored, since it has so many pictures that makes the book look like some kind of art magazine! my favourite artist displayed in the book is Laura Laine since her artwork looks alot like my drawing style.

The whole Pepe addiction began while shopping in amsterdam last week. I saw this Patrizia Pepe jacket in some random shop somewhere near the Supertrash store.. ( i really do not remember) . It fitted perfectly and really felt like a second skin, made out of soft wool.. Too bad it was the very last one, and becides that in size 40.. and i have 36 / 38 . But i just found out that P. pepe has an online webshop! hurray. That just made my day. Couse it would be the perfect jacket to wear this summer if it gets a bit chilly.

Today was such a nice day. My mom visited me and we went to Haren ( a small village nearby ) for some shopping. we went trough some stores but i did not bought anything since some shops over there are really expensive.. I even saw some Mulberry bags! ( in a village? wow... odd! ). and a Hermes ( even weirder ). So i think Haren really is a well kept secret. But most of the shops had sale, and I found this nice suede jacket ( - 40%) from brand called Ibana Rouge. Ibana Rouge is a Dutch leather brand. This label has reached its status as a fresh, trendy and creative brand specialized in Bags, Jacket and Shoes for women. I just viewed the website and discovered this bag that looked exactly like the famous studded Alexander Wang bag that i want for ages..

the Ralph Lauren ss 2011 look makes me think of a mix between a cowboy and a bridesmaid...But still the outfits look amazing and worth drooling! So I went trough my wardrobe to create my very own look-alike.

perfect pants

chic marine and beige trousers from Zara

trousers are the only pants I wear... They are so comfortable, chic and have a perfect fit. They go with everything and make you feel a lady wearing them. I have build up a dislike for jeans, since they are a bit common and boring. A perfect 2nd option is one of these trousers i checked out at Zara. All under 60 euro ( hurray ). I bought a Zara slim fit trouser in a beige colour a few weeks ago, and I have been wearing it every week since then. A nice Beige pantalon looks great with a nice blouse or just something as simple as a plain white tee...At the moment I am in search of a dark blue one : )
